For cancellations or changes, contact me by text at 708-717-3696. A valid card on file is required for booking and will only be charged for late cancellations and no shows. Also, if redeeming a gift certificate make sure it’s not over 1 yr old. They expire after 1 year.
Please allow extra time for traffic or parking. A 10 minute grace period is offered only if no client is scheduled after your appointment. Arriving later may reduce your service time or be marked as a No Show depending on time remaining.
Confirmations & Reminders:
You will receive confirmation and reminder emails 1 week and 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please review the details carefully and reach out if something seems off. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. If you’re unwell, please prioritize your health and reschedule when possible.
A $25 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments and
