Thank you for choosing me to support your skincare and wellness journey. I am committed to providing result-driven treatments with care, professionalism and integrity. When you book an appointment you agree to the following policies:

Booking:

Please refer to my online scheduler for service options and availability. As a solo practitioner, I manage all communication directly. For cancellations or changes, contact me by text at 708-717-3696. A valid card on file is required for booking and will only be charged for late cancellations and no shows.  Also, if redeeming a gift certificate make sure it’s not over 1 yr old. They expire after 1 year.

Late Arrival:

Please allow extra time for traffic or parking. A 10 minute grace period is offered only if no client is scheduled after your appointment. Arriving later may reduce your service time or be marked as a No Show depending on time remaining.

Confirmations & Reminders:

You will receive confirmation and reminder emails 1 week and 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please review the details carefully and reach out if something seems off. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. If you’re unwell, please prioritize your health and reschedule when possible.

Retainers:

A $25 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments and

will be applied to your total at checkout. Please send via Zelle to 708-717-3696.

Cancellation Policy:

Each appointment is reserved just for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel.

– Cancellation within 24 hours will incur 50% fee.

– No shows or same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the service

– Repeated last minute changes may result in loss of online booking privileges

– This policy applies to gift certificate & gift cards
